Completed landmark national quantitative survey with over 300 patients, 300 healthcare providers and 50 managed care organizations. Developed personas, detailed unmet needs, and measured reactions and purchase intent for a diabetes device company's future product pipeline. Multi-city focus groups also added qualitative validation to findings from quantitative surveys.
automated insulin concept testing
Seagrove completed numerous in-depth interviews with people living with diabetes and community/academic endocrinologists to help finalize product design and customer messaging ahead of a major global automated insulin delivery system launch. Worked across a diverse multi-functional spectrum of stakeholders to define winning product attributes and coordinated with brand agencies to test and prioritize web and print content to support the commercial launch.
